Assistant to the Supply Chain Manager (Athens)

Job description

• Responsible for the inventory monitoring of all relative countries
• Instruction to relative factories about the production planning
• Scheduling and monitoring the transportation routes for multiple modes
• Supporting the import and export activities
• Developing and supporting of a simple and reliable kpi system
• Preparation of all necessary briefing papers, reports and presentations
• On site visits

Candidate profile

• 5 years of proven experience in similar position
• Fluency in English and French
• Good in communication with different types of people
• Creative and analytical mind
• Multitasking, dynamic and adaptable to continuous changes
• Flexibility and availability on phone
• University degree, preferably engineer
