Structure of the program “European digital Finance Scheme AGENDA FOR EUROPE”
The structure of the program consists of three phases:

The program DIGITAL AGENDA FOR EUROPE targets exactly the strengthening of the business landscape that surrounds it. The new web-entrepreneurs (web-entrepreneurs) as well as small and medium enterprises (SME’s) are the core of the European digital economy with possibility to start a business activity, utilizing the best possible use of the skills development of the European market. The model for public-private partnership on the Future Internet FI-PPP (FUTURE INTERNET PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP) develop infrastructures for smarter digital business processes / activities through the close interconnection of public and private sector with the companies offering their services through Internet.

In the third phase of implementing the FIWARE Accelerator as an open platform where we have competitive cost web services / applications in a prototype scale interacting dynamically.
The FIWARE program aims to promote assimilation FIWARE technologies by entrepreneurs in the field of information technology, from application developers, etc. with particular emphasis on small and medium enterprises (SME’s) and startups (start-ups) companies. With this program, the EU launched an ambitious project in September 2014 to capitalize 80E € in support of SMEs (SME’s) and entrepreneurs who develop innovative applications based on FIWARE. Similar programs can run in other regions.
The FIWARE Accelerator program aims to strengthen small and medium (SME’s) and neophyte (start-ups) business oriented (focused) in these technological areas by encouraging creation of products and services based on technology FIWARE Accelerator. The table below enumerates and describes the available programs to be financed.
Scope: CEED Tech is a consortium of five start-up accelerators, operating in Central and Eastern Europe; it aims to help young companies build viable products, launch them quickly and successfully raise capital. The CEED Tech project will address the domains of Smart Cities, Energy & Environment, Media & Content, Manufacturing & Logistics. Projects in the areas of data, cloud services, analytics, transactional technologies, fintech and e-commerce, B2B technologies, location based services and security are encouraged to apply.

Scope: The project European Pioneers focuses on creative ideas with the potential to exploit the latest technology provided by FIWARE and FI-CONTENT for the development of software applications enriching the media business landscape and improving media usage for end-customers as well as media suppliers. Minimum threshold will be: teams will have a minimum of two members, Intense usage of one (or better two or three) Generic and/or Specific Enablers, International scalability (in terms of business model), testing of market acceptance within three months.

Funding: From 50,000€ up to 250,000 €
Scope: FI-C3’s aim is to promote projects by SMEs and web-entrepreneurs relating to innovative products/services in three business domains: smart territories (smart city guides; smart city platforms; smart city services…),media & contents (multimedia augmented reality; transmedia/crossmedia devices; video games…), and care & well-being (smart home; indoor position; personalized connected media…).
Topics: Promote creation of innovative ICT (software/hardware) services / products in: environment, health, transport, finance, bottom up.
Funding: From 50,000E up to 150,000 €
Scope: SOUL-FI is seeking to promote the development of products and/or services that take advantage of real time information, open and crowd-sourced data. SOUL-FI is open for ideas based on FIWARE technologies that make the best of what the Internet of Things has to offer. Applications must address the domain of smart cities and sustainable mobility.

Funding: From 10,000€ up to 75,000 €
Scope: The Finish accelerator will foster the development and operation of intelligent software applications for supply chains of perishable products such as food or flowers. Application is open for SMEs, startups and web-entrepreneurs.
Topics: The Finish accelerator will address the domains of Food Chains, Flower, Fruits & Vegetable Business and Logistics.
Funding: up to 150,000 €
Scope: Bridge the innovation gap between European Creative Industries and other regions in the world, while also boosting Europe’s unique strengths of cultural diversity
Topics: The CreatiFI project will address the domains of Media & Content and Smart Cities. Applicants will be SMEs and web-entrepreneurs established in an EU member state (among others), using FIWARE technologies and preparing a CreatiFI program
Funding: up to 150,000 €
Scope: Foster the innovation and web-entrepreneurship ecosystem for 3D printing in Europe bringing together FI assets, infrastructures and investors with innovators and entrepreneurs in the field of design manufacturing, logistics and content-based services to establish the European Network of Manufacturing Innovation Labs.

Funding: From 50,000 to 250,000 €
Scope: The FI-ADOPT accelerator will create a technological and business ecosystem in which SMEs and web-entrepreneurs will be supported to develop highly innovative applications for corporate and citizen’s learning/training, healthy behaviour shaping and social integration purposes. They will employ rich media, social networking, and mobile apps and gaming principles. Selection criteria will be based on technological excellence, FIWARE Adoption acceleration, and market readiness
