M & A Project – food sector

VK PREMIUM is currently working as a buy-side advisor on an M&A project in the food industry.

Our Client, a well-established Greek company in the industrial food sector, is interested in buying a medium-sized chain of bakery and confectionery stores. Our duties include :

• The due diligence of the target firm,
• Identification of the potential benefits of the acquisition and the evaluation of the company,
• Supporting throughout the negotiation process with the target firm and guidance regarding to the terms of the deal-related agreements,
• Resolving transaction-related issues throughout the process. 

This project is part of a wider contract with this Client which has assigned us to identify potential acquisition targets in the food industry to expand its activities and enhance its products portfolio.
