Costas Vamvakas, a self-made entrepreneur, founded VK PREMIUM in 2007, in order to accommodate his vast experience of over 20 years in several fields and specifically in the key area of European co-financed programs.
Since then, VK PREMIUM became a solid entity with established experience and acknowledged expertise in supporting investments in Greece either through the various Investments investment schemes and programs (Strategic/Emblematic, RRF, Investment Incentives Law, ESPA etc.) or through its Business Advisory Services (BPR, Business Valuations etc.).
After 16 years of growing path, VK PREMIUM clientele consists of more than 3000 large and medium corporations as well as SMEs in Greece across all industries. He is also an expert with vast experience in supporting Medical Cannabis investments in Greece.
Before that, Costas built his corporate career in Coca–Cola where he held several managerial positions covering sales, operations, supply chain and Production, in Ireland, Switzerland as well as in Greece. He also served as head of operations (production facilities & logistics Centers) in 13 countries at Alumil SA, an Aluminum Extrusion Company.
Costas holds a BSc &, MSc in Chemical Engineering (Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece) and an MBA (Strathclyde University, Great Britain).
She has extensive experience in elaborating and managing business plans and feasibility studies managed under the Investment Law L.3299 / 2004, L.3908 / 2011, the Regional Operational Programs (ROP) and the Operational Programs "Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship".
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Deree College in Greece, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
She has been working for VK PREMIUM since 2010.
George worked as an executive for over 25 years in Greece, in departments, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing and Sales departments, in companies such as AVON Cosmetics SA, Lavipharm, etc, but also abroad as responsible for sales development in Greece & Germany.
He is an Electrical Engineer from the University of West Attica.
Having an 360° extensive marketing experience, he has worked as an executive in major multinational commercial and advertising companies such as Philip Morris, Vitex - Yannidis Bros, Leo Burnett, Affichage.
He is responsible for VK PREMIUM's marketing strategies and the implementation of marketing activities, applying a “win win” spirit with internal and external stakeholders.
Manolis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece.
At the same time, as a member of the customer service department, Maria deals with the immediate and effective customer service of the company.
Victoria has worked in companies such as National Bank, PQH & Energy Financial Group assuming responsibilities related to portfolio management, company valuations and the submission - overall management of European co-financed programs.
As the supervisor of the programs submission department, Victoria coordinates the internal team in order to effectively complete the funding applications for company's clients investment projects.
Victoria is a graduate of the Financial and Banking Management program from the University of Piraeus and holds a master's degree in Quantitative Actuarial and Financial Risk Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Giannis worked in various positions of responsibility in the Accounting Department of SUPERFAST-BLUESTAR FERRIES. Then, he worked in DIAMOND RESORTS INTERNATIONAL as Accountant and in AKAZOO GROUP as Treasurer.
Giannis is a graduate from the Technological Educational Institution of Chalkida.
Zoe Vasileiou
Senior Financial Analyst
Zoe has over 20 years of experience in the analysis and valuation of companies that come from a wide range of industries in Greece.
In the past she has worked as an analyst and head of analysis departments in various stock companies, while she was a member of the investment committee of the Mutual Fund of Insurance Organizations in the period 2010 - 2012.
In the period 2009 - 2011 she worked as a special advisor at the Ministry of Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping and at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Its areas of responsibility under the Ministry of Economy included the design and implementation of restructuring programs for companies and sectors of the Greek economy and the coordination of the project team for the revision of the Development Law.
At the Ministry of Labor, she dealt with the restructuring of the institutional framework for the utilization of the movable and immovable property of the Insurance Funds, as well as with the planning of other social reforms.
She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Athens and is a certified Portfolio Manager by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
In the past he has worked in various companies and organizations such as the Hartling / Harris Publishing Group, Compupress, the Civil Servants Equity Fund and the National Documentation and Electronic Content Center (EKT).
Savvas is an economist, a graduate of the University of Piraeus, Department of Shipping and Business Services, with a Master's degree from EKPA, Department of Geology & Geo-environment.
